Edward II, Edward III

Alvina and her children, Paul, Tommy, Jane, Judy

Con, Reginald, Nan, Patrick Finlay

Reginald and Con (Aunts of Edward III) in Ireland, 1910. Reginald with her sister, Aidan (not seen in this picture) became a Nun with the Charity of the Incarnate Order in Galveston, TX. Con immigrated to the US, married Hugh Gannon and was know to live at 46-18 29th Street in Astoria, Queens.











Patrick Finlay was a Police Officer in London or Dublin.

















Aidan (Edward III's Aunt) seen here holding Edward IV (Edward III & Alvina's first child), most likely 1934-35.

















Con with Julieann 'Judy', Jane and Paul (3 out of 5 of Edward III & Alvina's children) in 1947.

Bridgette O'Brien

This is a picture of Edward Finlay III's mother. She died while giving birth to him in 1908.

Edward Joseph Finlay III

He was born in Dublin, Ireland in 9/16/08. His mother Bridgette died during childbirth. His Father, Edward, remarried and had 11 children. Edward lived and was raised by his Aunt Con. Edward married Alvina in New Rochelle in 1930 and was a Mechanic. He died of heart failure on 9/15/71.

Edward's Aunts & Uncles: Con, Nan, Aidan, Reginald, Mamie, Joe, Daniel, Patrick. There are 2 more but I don't have their names. More information coming on the Aunts and Uncles known.

Paul Mikelenas

Paul Mikelenas, Alvina's father. This was taken in 1938, the day before he died. He was born in Lithuania and migrated to Pennsylvania. This is all the information that I have on him at this time.

Alvina Mikelenas

Alvina was born 11/11/11 in Naugatuck, CT to Anna (maiden name: Kuraitis)and Paul Mikelenas. She had one brother, Adolph Mikelenas, who lived in Naugatuck, CT.

She married Edward Finlay in 1930 at Blessed Sacrament Church in New Rochelle, NY. They had 5 children together, Julieann, Jane, Edward, Thomas and Paul. She died of Lung Cancer on 1/1/79.

This picture above was taken in 1930 at Indian Neck, 3 years before she married Edward Finlay. I wonder if he took the picture. I believe Indian Neck is in Cape Cod.
